Our expectations/interest in creating a partnership

As a university NGO, Louvain Coopération is anchored in the university world, as it is present on various campuses, alongside students and academics to raise awareness and initiate collaboration on "development" issues.

Our intervention strategy is based on mobilising the knowledge of our various partners and choosing scientifically validated tools in order to design solid, relevant and sustainable projects. Louvain Coopération acts as an intermediary between these different actors and partners in order to optimise mutual knowledge. The approach is innovative, thanks to the action research implemented in the field, which combines theoretical knowledge and practical experience. This approach makes it possible to respond to the multi-dimensional challenges of a local development that is anchored in a global world that must be sustainable and equitable. This approach is in line with the United Nations Agenda 2030 and the 17 SDGs.
