Our expectations/interest in creating a partnership
Société des Énergies de Demain sarl started its activities in Benin in 2017. To date we have piloted many projects both internally and with international organizations. Our field of action is more towards renewable energies for a sustainable development.
We had worked effectively for the energy transition of our country through projects initiated by GIZ, GBE, unicef, MCA /ocef, etc..
Since 2022, we have as embitions for the food self-sufficiency in Benin through a new project named: AGRICULTURAL PROJECT OF FOOD SELF-SUFFICIENCY AXED ON BIOENERGY .
This project would be directed to all the villages of our country in such a way that a village must be able to set up a team of at least 20 people, 40% of whom are women. The team will work on an area of over 2000 square meters to ensure food self-sufficiency. It should be noted that various production possibilities are available for each village taking into account the specificity of each soil.
Bioenergy would be the focus of this program.
The second part of the project is to accompany the teams in acquiring the technical, management and other skills for professional integration.
We need to partner with NGOs to allow us to see our project idea in a different light, to work on very technical and specific aspects.
We need to get together with other international NGOs to raise funds for this great project we have.
