Travaux Publics Sans Frontières is an NGO whose fundamental aim is to contribute to
to improve the living conditions of people in developing countries.
Our mission is to support projects that provide essential infrastructure to
improve the living standards of the beneficiaries in a sustainable way. Particular attention is paid to
to the involvement of local populations and actors, but also to the autonomy of the beneficiaries
of the beneficiaries in the management and maintenance of the infrastructure.
"You don't develop, you develop.
Our vision of international solidarity has led us to make Joseph Ki-Zerbo's quote our philosophy. It embodies a set of values which are those advocated by the organisation both in its relationship with stakeholders and in the design and implementation of its projects in an endogenous manner.
Mainly made up of volunteers who are professionals in public works, development economics and project management, we provide expertise and support from the definition to the monitoring and evaluation of projects.
Aware of the importance of participating in the achievement of the SDGs, we have defined our areas of action according to them, which are seven in number:
- Safe water supply and sanitation
- Infrastructure to facilitate food production and sustainable agriculture
- Electrification and public lighting
- Roads and public space development
- Waste collection and treatment
- Education and vocational training
- Support to stakeholders, in particular local authorities
What we can contribute
Product, service or intervention proposed
TPSF operates through the J+ Network, which is a network of young professionals (volunteers, students, interns, civic service) from various backgrounds (project management, technical engineering, humanitarian and geopolitical contexts, economics, etc.) who have chosen to join TPSF by taking charge of projects and aspects of the organisation's overall operation.
The volunteers and members of the TPSF board of directors belong to companies in the public works sector with expertise and a network in this field and who are above all committed to solidarity.
The setting up, monitoring, evaluation and management of development projects is done through our partnership with CERDI in Clermont Ferrand which allows us to have trainees and support skills in development economics.

Contributions we can make to our partner
A partnership with TPSF would enable certain SMEs to develop an international solidarity component within their structures. It also offers them the possibility of setting up a long-term recurrent sponsorship that would enhance the value of their employees. Indeed, their involvement in concrete solidarity projects often gives meaning to employees' activities.
Also, in addition to being a strong CSR tool, it enhances the image of the company to the general public and to local, regional and national authorities from another perspective.
