AAP développement solidaire Nouvelle Aquitaine
SUBJECT
The scheme is designed to support Nouvelle-Aquitaine players with a development project in a country on the French Official Development Assistance list.
ELIGIBLE PROJECTS
- Eligible projects are those in linewith one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SD Gs), with priority given to the ambitions defined by the NeoTerra regional roadmap.
- Projects must be carried out in one or more countries on thelist of Official Development Assistance (ODA) recipients drawn up by the effective Development Assistance Committee (DAC).
BENEFICIARIES
- This funding is aimed at all types of players based in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region: associations, local authorities, companies, public establishments, universities, higher education institutions and research organizations.
- Beneficiaries must have beenin existence for at least 2 years by the closing date of the call for projects (either March 4, 2024 for candidates applying for the 1st call for projects, or June 10, 2024 for candidates applying for the 2nd call for projects);
- Must have its head office in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.Local representatives of national organizations may apply, provided they can demonstrate that they are responsible for theadministrative and financial management of the project, and play an active role in its design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
AMOUNT
- 50% maximum of total project costs, up to a maximum of €30,000/year (i.e. max €90,000 for a 36-month project).
- All or part of the regional grant may be transferred to one or more partners, if this is initially provided for in the project and formalized in an agreement between the project leader and the third party.

DEADLINES
2 project submission periods have been defined for 2024, with two submission deadlines:
- March 4, 2024 for the first wave,
- June 10, 2024.
