Winning consortia of the Energy for Africa PAA

In 2019, the Hauts-de-France Region launched the " Energy Actors for Africa " scheme, a call for projects focused on innovative solutions to work on energy transition projects carried out in consortium by regional and African players.

Under the responsibility of a "lead" operator, projects are collaborative and carried out by a consortium of players with complementary skills, including at least two structures based in Hauts-de-France (one of which is a company) and African partners. The scheme is thus open to associations, companies, research and/or higher education organizations, high schools and CFAs, local authorities, from Hauts-de-France, Africa or another region.

It emphasizes the " multi-actor " approach, with structures that knew little or nothing about each other collaborating to reinforce the solidity of the project.
