Benoo supports African companies in the development and management of commercial and productive activities in areas that are not connected or are poorly connected to electricity and internet networks. Since 2015, Benoo has built an Expert network in Africa.
We work with developers and operators of rural electrification projects, as well as suppliers of energy-efficient equipment, to support African commercial and industrial (C&I) enterprises. Energy demand will be 74 TWh per year by 2040 and this poses many economic development challenges in a world constrained by climate change.
Our aim is to meet the challenges of rural electrification to ensure sustainable and low-carbon economic development.
With our multidisciplinary team we want to combine our business skills with an expert eye in Africa
We have supported clients in Togo, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Senegal and Tunisia, always with the same objective: to simplify entrepreneurship in rural areas of Africa by providing essential infrastructure and business management tools.

What we are looking for
Product, service or intervention sought
Ideally, a partner needs to support a network of entrepreneurs, either as part of a development project or as part of a CSR initiative, and wishes to equip itself with digital tools to facilitate the monitoring of entrepreneurs (rental of high-performance equipment, loans, management support, distribution of products and services, energy supply, etc.). We provide digital tools and know-how to facilitate long-term management, including support for long-term/post-project financial structuring.

Our expectations/interest in creating a partnership
We have digital tools that we are already deploying with NGOs and companies. They are adapted to businesses in rural and peri-urban Africa. We know that they facilitate the support and monitoring of businesses, including those in the informal sector.
We are also partners in projects with NGOs and communities.
Through Coexist, we want to make ourselves better known to French actors and allow the emergence of new projects or the improvement of existing projects to support entrepreneurship.
