DV2E (Déchets, Valorisation, Environnement et Énergie) is a research, consultancy and service company providing support to the public and private sectors in the fields of water, waste, soil and agriculture.
Faced with environmental and climatic challenges that are becoming societal issues, we have understood the need to think differently about resource and waste management. Through the missions entrusted to us by our clients, we are committed to finding solutions to optimise existing channels in order to promote a pragmatic transition adapted to the singularity of each situation. We assist our clients in their projects to find a tailor-made response to each of their expectations with rigour, common sense and realism.
We deploy all our activities throughout France and in the regions of Occitania, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Corsica as well as the DROM and COM for service activities. We are also developing our engineering activities beyond the borders of France, throughout Europe and also on the African continent.

DV2E is aresearch and services company that supports local authorities, contractors and industrialists in the fields ofwater, waste, soil and agriculture. We regularly work throughout France (including DROM-COM) and internationally and we support our clients in their projects to find a tailor-made response to each of their expectations with rigour, common sense and realism. We are independent specialists in our fields of activity:
- Actions to bring out new projects in R&D, calls for projects (national, European and international) and international action,
- Prior studies are needed to develop or validate them,
- Regulatory files to authorise them,
- Assistance to the public and private market in order to make them a reality,
- Training to pass on to project leaders.
- And services to support delegated projects in the long term.
In general, DV2E emphasises inter-actor cooperation and has set up partnerships with major players in the field, other organisations and independent consultants, enabling it to offer a multidisciplinary service in the interests of the projects undertaken.
As part of its international outreach, DV2E wishes to implement a policy and actions of cooperation, solidarity and partnership that fits into the general framework of coherence of France's international action concerning the SDGs, in particular SDG 6.

Our expectations/interest in creating a partnership
At DV2E we are convinced of the importance of co-constructing projects through NGO-business partnerships. We have recently been experimenting with this alliance through a project based in Senegal.
The NGO-company partnership appears to be a real opportunity where the actors strengthen themselves through their skills and specificities while discovering new approaches.
We hope to meet new partners in order to capitalise on feedback and possibly co-construct new projects in the future.
