Humanitarian Resilience Center, or HRC for short, is a non-governmental organization founded in Burundi in 2022. Its objectives are to improve the living conditions of women, children and other marginalized people through multi-sectoral assistance for their inclusion in society, and to promote the development of the most disadvantaged environments to support people in difficulty.
It is committed to promoting the rights of women and children in particular, and of other vulnerable people by protecting them and supporting them in their rehabilitation.
HRC is active in areas such as: Health, Education, Nutrition, Food Security and Livelihoods, Water, Hygiene and Sanitation, Agroecology and Environmental Protection, Peaceful Coexistence and Peace, Training and Innovation.

Our expectations/interest in creating a partnership

The partnerships we'll be forging with various organizations will enable the HRC NGO to improve its social and environmental performance and find new outlets on the local and international humanitarian intervention markets. It will also provide additional resources to save suffering human lives, particularly those of women, children and other marginalized people, so that they can be included in society.
