IT4LIFE is a social digital services company (ESN) dedicated to humanitarian or development programmes and accompanying organisations in their digital transformation.
Our team is mainly based in Dakar, Senegal, and covers the whole of West Africa. We also have staff in France and Costa Rica.
We are recognised for our understanding of the field, with first-hand experience in managing projects in complex environments, including crisis situations. Our offerings cover consulting and training, IT/IS and cybersecurity support, implementation of management tools (Google Workspace, CRM, ERP), programmatic data collection and analysis (DHIS2, CommCare, Kobo toolbox, Power BI, Google Data Studio), web and mobile platform development.
IT4LIFE is a co-founder and member of the e-Health Community (https://esantesen.org/), which brings together some sixty digital health players in Senegal and West Africa.

IT4LIFE offers its expertise to cross-cutting and multi-sectoral programmes in health, agriculture, veterinary services, environment, climate change... in a "One Health" approach.
We have technical expertise in the information value chain of development and humanitarian programmes: digital solution architecture, data collection, hosting, data visualisation and analysis, reporting (frequently used tools: DHIS2, CommCare, Kobo toolbox, PowerBI...)
As a digital services company, we are also able to provide the IT support needed to improve the management and strengthen the information systems of project organisations.

Contributions we can make to our partner
Our teams can support projects from their inception, providing advice and participatory design methods that are human-centred and take into account operational constraints and user needs. We work in Agile SCRUM mode to enable a step-by-step production of solutions.
Our presence in Dakar allows us to accompany the deployment of the tools on the ground, with training and support, throughout West Africa and the Sahel.

IT4LIFE is always looking for partnerships through which digital becomes a source of added social value.
We are open to organisations that have expertise in monitoring/evaluation and impact measurement of projects - and are looking for a partner to digitalise their tools and systems.
We are open to companies specialising in artificial intelligence (big data, data science, machine learning, etc.) and looking for a partner to co-develop services in West Africa.
