Every day in the world, thousands of children are dependent on their place of birth. Condemned from an early age, due to lack of access to medical care, La Chaîne de l'Espoir has been working to help them since 1994. Through various fields of intervention, centred on the child but also on the mothers, it intervenes in 27 countries to offer everyone the same chances of survival and development. What does it do? To prevent and detect, to treat and operate, to train and transmit, to build and equip... so that one day, every child, wherever he or she may be, will have access to quality care.
