UDUMA offers a drinking water service to rural populations in Africa through a unique and sustainable solution for the management and maintenance of rural water infrastructures over periods of 10 to 15 years. The objective is to guarantee universal access to drinking water in rural areas.
To achieve this, UDUMA has developed an innovative economic model that makes it possible to make the operating activity profitable and thus ensure its sustainability. This alternative model is based on the involvement of the population and the professionalisation of local operators, but also on the use of modern technological tools and the introduction of renewable energies within rural water infrastructures.
