Demonstration of a transportable and modular fruit & vegetable processing unit in Côte d'Ivoire
ASFOOD INTL is currently preparing a demonstrator/pilot of its solution in Côte d'Ivoire for 2022. The demonstrator consists in carrying out processing campaigns for 5 different agricultural products in 3 or 4 different production areas.
The demonstrator's timetable is spread over 12 months and is adapted to the seasonality of the processed agricultural products: mango, pineapple, cashew apple juice, aubergine and tomato.
This pilot aims to demonstrate the economic and social relevance of the ASFOOD solution.
