Niamey University Project

Project completed

At the Université Abdou Moumouni in Niger, the Internet connection bill was €8,000 per month before DataCups were deployed. What's more, low bandwidth made it difficult for students to download PDFs at the same time during a lecture.

To improve access to digital resources for all students and reduce the cost of connection, 17 DataCups were sent to be placed in each of the university libraries.

The mission was to create a digitized version of the university's pedagogical content (theses) to provide students with rapid access to these resources throughout the university.
