SiTi! is an itinerant investigative device designed to document social issues in situ. By getting as close as possible to the respondents and their living environments, it aims, on the one hand, to increase the inclusion of audiences that are frequently marginalised by off-site and/or remote survey methods (telephone surveys, interviews in university premises, etc.), and, on the other hand, to contribute to the visibility of the study topic. Furthermore, by framing the interviews and observations in a reproducible manner, the SiTi! system allows for the acquisition of comparable qualitative data that can be transferred to different scales (neighbourhood, city, region, country).
