There is a real mismatch between human capital and the needs of the labour market, largely due to a lack of access for young people to training in promising professional sectors.

Project : The TPSF project aims to provide a response to two major problems: the lack of basic public infrastructure and the high unemployment rate among young people. More concretely, this translates into the construction of an Apprenticeship Training Centre for Public Works (CFA-TP). Its operation will be 80% based on practical exercises through work-schools which will make it possible to reinforce the employability of young people leaving school. In addition, support mechanisms for employment integration will be put in place in partnership with local authorities. Finally, this CFA-TP will participate in the creation of technical services within the inter-collectivity - itself created with the surrounding communes to encourage the mutualisation of resources -, constituting a pool of local jobs in public works.
