In 1992, Morija decided to build a Medical-Surgical Center in Kaya, in response to the shortage of suitable care for people with physical disabilities and patients suffering from disabling pathologies in Burkina Faso, particularly in the Centre-Nord region. The aim of this facility is to help improve the quality of life of people with physical disabilities in Burkina Faso, through the functional and social rehabilitation of disabled people and the prevention of physical handicaps by means of a fitting, physiotherapy and surgery service.
