The Regional Agency of Listening and Social Organization (AREOS) is a non-governmental organization with non-lucrative goal which works for the safeguard and the protection of the environment. It has in its program of activity to organize the agricultural associative entities for the good management of the cultivable spaces and the agricultural development. It is in this perspective that AREOS constitutes a listening center for a contribution of humanitarian aid (support to the underprivileged people, old people, women and children), for the training, the orientation and the coaching of the people of any kind for their wellbeing and their social insertion.

AREOS is interested in the sanitation of public environments of catering and hotel where permanent contact and human warmth are exchanged.

I- Context and justification

For its health project, in order to guarantee the protection and the health of the populations, AREOS with the support of its partners would like to carry once again its reflections on the questions of public hygiene in Ivory Coast.
Indeed, it has registered in its program, services of hygienic regularization of the public spaces and the training on the healthy restorations in Côte d'Ivoire in order to bring the population to respect the barrier measures of hygiene already established by the WHO and by the ministry of Health and the public hygiene of Côte d'Ivoire.
This investigation is to understand certain pathologies and how they reproduce in our environment? According to Wikipedia, bacteria propagate by dividing into two identical copies, then again into two and again into two, etc. until they want to colonize the entire organ occupied. Viruses, on the other hand, are infectious agents and cannot reproduce by dividing. However, to do so, they must enter a host cell whose constituents and metabolism trigger replication. They then force them to help them replicate.
Thus, it is important to know that all contamination comes from the outside, from any contact with the elements of the outside. It can come from natural elements, from the soil, from

vegetation, animals, the atmosphere, human contact, and many others..., and especially porous places of humidity and mold.

Moreover, man, the average citizen, by ignorance is confronted with several artificial phenomena such as toxic waste, chemical and nuclear weapons that leave serious consequences with the appearance of viruses and bacteria harmful to health. We are witnessing today the birth of pandemics, such as the Coronavirus disease with a catastrophic death toll in the world, the Ebola virus in Africa which made a case of discovery in Abidjan on August 11, 2021 according to an article of the gov.ci, increase the humanitarian mortality rate.

Also, the development of molecules that become harmful to man, later called microbe explains according to the phenomenon of continuous transformation of cells, in the 60s to 90s a finding is made on each family in our villages in Africa, apart from pandemics and Western infections, develops a pathology often ignored by traditional medicine or often modern medicine that tries to find in a genetic or microbial analysis in order to find an adequate suggestion to this problem.

Not far from there, let's take a look at our environment, how we welcome these phenomena and how to avoid them in order to keep our health.

About a year ago, during the Easter holiday of 2022, families were victimized in an ice cream shop in the city of Bondoukou for having consumed a flavor of ice cream whose milk as one of the main ingredients used for the manufacture of this flavor did not meet the standards of quality and hygiene.

Food is a permanent remedy for the living being, for its bodily evolution and for the maintenance of health must be done in better conditions. As any body in permanent growth, likewise can constitute a danger for the deterioration of the health of this part if its dish is in a state of decomposition, the stomach can not support all that is injected into it and show its dysfunction that puts in pain the whole body. So for this remedy to be effective, it must be healthy.

Reason for which the holders of the restaurants must, a follow-up for a good governance in this sector in order to identify the problems which can be observed, then to proceed to the care of the victims, as well as a continuation of compensation for their deteriorated health because of the consumption of a toxic flavor.

Let's take the case of the plastic bag, which does not even promise hygiene to our environment in an aesthetic or visual way, as atmospheric and very harmful for the health of the individual when used as a food packer.

The injection of such meals sometimes causes digestive disorders due to the toxicity generated by these overheated plastic bags. With plastic bags, we denote diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, malformation, diarrheal diseases, typhoid fever, food poisoning.

The environment of the catering project is the framework in which a catering activity takes place or the place where a leisure, reception and catering activity is carried out is a certain requirement of cleanliness and well-being. At this point, we had to measure the degree of healthiness of these places so that they meet the standards of sanitation and hygiene as recommended by the WHO without requiring the quality of services provided to customers. The quality of the products, that is to say the ingredients used for the restoration: is any fruit and vegetable which intervenes in the preparation of dishes or menus typical to a recipe of meal in order to ensure the health of the consumer.

A poorly made food for lack or overdose of ingredients can cause diseases such as colopathy, blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases have a high percentage rate today than in the early days of independence.

Analyses have shown that the proliferation of diseases such as tuberculosis, respiratory diseases, hepatitis ABC, ..., often come from these public places that arise from showers, toilets, dining rooms,

kitchens, linens, towels, sheets, kitchen utensils,..., which are shared among others.

Finally,hygiene refers to all measures, practices and behaviors that are aimed at reducing infections and the occurrence of infectious diseases. In this document, hygiene refers specifically to practices and behaviors in the home: hand washing and personal hygiene, handling, storing and treating water in the home, food hygiene, hygiene in public spaces, etc.

Hygiene is essential to ensure the health of citizens with small preventive gestures that the WHO recommends in its objective of eradicating all forms of disease in the world.

In a few years, Côte d'Ivoire will not be called a developing country anymore, but rather developed among the nations. This development will be accomplished only by its valid arms which are these citizens in good health, full of vigor and longevity.
