Entrepreneurs of the World supports the social and economic integration of people in very precarious situations in Africa, Asia, Haiti and France. It helps them to become entrepreneurs, to access energy and to adapt to climate change in order to emancipate themselves. To achieve its mission, Entrepreneurs du Monde creates and incubates local organisations (programmes) until they are self-sufficient, based on four key development activities: social microfinance, access to energy, support for the creation of very small enterprises (VSEs)/integration into the labour market, and agri-entrepreneurship. In 2020, Entrepreneurs du Monde supported 115,318 beneficiaries in 12 countries with 21 local programmes. 88% of beneficiaries are women.
